Utility Engineering (UE) and its staff provided power plant betterment engineering, procurement and construction management support for Northern States Power Company hydroelectric power plants in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan.

This work was performed on plants ranging from less than 1 MW to 57 MW. Recent representative projects include:
