Provided design for 72,000 square foot building
addition to existing Ham and Sausage Food Processing Plant and new
12,000 square foot office building in Washington, MO.
The project included three blast freezers, six ovens, two RTE coolers,
expanded processing area, raw receiving and dry docks, dry storage
area, packaging, casing & palleting, finished goods cooler,
staff locker areas, laundry, welfare, break room and staff offices.
The work included development of all architectural design and specifications,
concrete footing and foundation design, plumbing, HVAC, lighting,
room finishes and coordination with electrical systems design, refrigeration,
rail system structure, civil design, process equipment layouts,
USDA requirements and as-built drawings.
