Facilities that are outside the battery limits of an industrial process plant involve the same engineering talent that UE has successfully applied on power plant balance of plant infrastructure.

Cooling systems, control systems, electrical networks, material handling systems, HVAC, foundations, and other civil or structural needs are provided by UE for the supporting systems and equipment that enable the industrial process plant to operate efficiently.
