UE Tuition Reimbursement Policy:
UE encourages continued self-improvement – reimbursement
of tuition and fixed charges upon completion with a grade of C
or above for approved courses and approved colleges, universities
or junior colleges. UE sponsors seminars and in-house training
opportunities in many areas in addition to this policy.
Retirement Savings – 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan:
UE contributes to the employee 401(k) plan at the following rates:
dollar for dollar for the first one percent of salary, and 50 cents
on the dollar for the next three percent.
UE Profit Sharing Plan – based on UE’s corporate performance
– guaranteed 2% if employee is active on last day of year.
