| Utility Engineering recognizes the impact that
personal issues and problems can have on employees and their families.
In an effort to provide a source of help, we offer an Employee Assistance
Program (EAP) to all Utility Engineering employees that is available
24 hours a day, seven days a week in a confidential setting. The
EAP is meant to support employees’ personal and professional
concerns. It’s an approach we take for a number of reasons,
but primarily because it’s the right thing to do.
Utility Engineering Corporation’s Employee Assistance Program
is managed by EAP consultants prepared to respond to personal issues
and problems in a variety of areas, including depression, marital
issues, substance abuse and relationships. When the need for additional
support is indicated, employees are referred to professional providers
for long-term care and assistance. Our unique approach provides
support, as appropriate, for the physical, emotional, psychological
and spiritual needs of employees. The program is a strong reflection
of Utility Engineering's corporate values; it promotes a culture
that stresses the importance of family, and is designed to care
for the employee’s professional and personal needs.
Whatever the challenge, the EAP consultants, as members of the
Company, share a common background with other employees that makes
them uniquely effective in offering help and support.
