United Way campaigns are conducted at every Zachry Group business office and project location, including each UE office location. All Zachry companies, including UE, contribute $1 to the community for every employee dollar pledged.

In 2005, UE campaigns resulted in combined employee/company contributions of over $84,187 and all of the Zachry Group employees and businesses contributed nearly $2.4 million.
